Another new event at the festival was an artistic poster action “Art Close By” involving the people of Toruń, particularly residents of the Bydgoskie Przedmieście and Old Town districts. The residents were invited to become part of the art exhibition space by displaying posters specially produced for this purpose by Galeria Rusz, in their shop, office or house windows. The posters were distributed free of charge by volunteers or were available at designated locations, including the Library at 61 Mickiewicza Street and ‘Niebo’ Club at 1 Stary Rynek.

The posters were also displayed on advertising pillars located in the abovementioned districts.
